Cancellation Policy
To confirm a reservation, a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the service is required. This deposit will be applied to the final balance of your invoice.

Cancellation 48 hours or more in advance: the deposit is refunded in full.

Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours in advance: the deposit is refunded at 50%, or can be applied to a new reservation (one time only).

Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or no-show: the deposit is retained and non-refundable.
